Welcome to Oklean LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of our damage restoration services in Broward County, Florida. By scheduling service or accessing our site, you agree to these legal terms. Please read them carefully as they outline our mutual responsibilities for residential and commercial restoration projects.
2. Services
Oklean LLC provides professional water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup, and emergency response. All services are performed by IICRC certified technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or environmental reasons exceeding our standard protocols.
3. Estimates & Payments
Initial estimates for Broward County properties are based on visible damage. Final costs may vary based on hidden environmental factors uncovered during remediation. Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and insurance direct-billing when applicable.
4. Insurance & Claims
While we coordinate with major insurance carriers, the property owner remains ultimately responsible for service costs. We require an 'Authorization to Perform Work' and 'Direction to Pay' form to be signed before commencement of any insurance-related restoration projects.
5. Limitation of Liability
Oklean LLC is not liable for secondary damages (such as subsequent mold growth) if our technicians' drying recommendations or containment protocols are ignored. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered during the claim.
6. Emergency Services
Emergency calls dispatched outside business hours may incur a standard dispatch fee. Our 24/7 restoration crews serve Broward County including Fort Lauderdale, Parkland, and Weston with priority response for active leaks and flooding.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes arising from professional services rendered will be settled in the courts of the State of Florida.
